This evening, grateful for the peepers and kisses from Jasper. I am grateful for stories, for books, for learning.  I am grateful for exploring with my girl, holding hands under water, the feeling of waves propelling us forward and sucking us back out again.

Tonight, I am grateful for Self-compassion, mirrors and reflections, taking care of myself in all the different ways, seeing me in all of you. This week I am happy to have reconnected with the ocean; salt, sun, and sand, to have created it, two fishing rods waiting in the garage, I am grateful for the Yellowtail Snapper on the line and in my belly. I am grateful to be reminded that getting shit done is not an issue, it is in the doing of nothing that my fear and resistance reside, gratefully getting back to what I committed myself to.

All Mine

Tonight, I am grateful to feel great about feeling exhausted; sun, salt water, sharks, and snorkeling, “fix-a-flat”, and foresight; nearly no light pollution, constellations, and spying my own shadow in the dark. I am grateful to recognize money growing on the trees & falling from the sky and oh how delicious it is; for all that I could ever want, need, or wish, I am grateful to be provided for. Photo-NOAA

Tonight I am grateful for transitions; moments leading to new moments, curiosity, surprise, discovery…delight; exploring new worlds, turning rocks to peak underneath; doggies named Donkey and real smiles; perfect pinners, pies con piña, and planty’s a plenty. 10/9/2019 This morning I am grateful for the attempt I made yesterday, it’s there, I’m not going to delete it, I am grateful to know that I tried. I am grateful for this lifestyle, created and uniquely mine, ours. I am grateful for adaptability, responsibility, presence. This morning I am grateful for a fair and even exchange. I am grateful for acknowledgement and the opportunity to be reflected by others. I am grateful to be a human, being. Grateful I am not alone on this trip. Thank you to everyone who has shown up with humility, authenticity, and support, for the awe I experience when considering the being-ness of “regular” people. I am grateful for you all!
